Hi, I’m siri

Welcome. I’m so happy you’ve found your way here.

I am a musician, somatic coach, energy worker, ceremonialist, educator and yoga teacher, who believes in a world where people feel safe enough to relax into their bodies and stop running from their power.
We need you, and only you know how to play your part <3

my Story

Life brought me to my knees with a burnout back in 2019.

I had run away from myself, my feelings and my body’s signals for way too long.

And of course, if you don’t voluntarily bend your knees to where life wants to take you — you will be forced.

So I was forced to my knees.

I had to let go of my jobs, my dreams, and my ideas of who I was and what I was capable of.

I finally had to meet myself.

Feel my feelings.

Create space for the devastating feeling of not feeling worthy outside of my doing, creating and identity of being capable.

For a long time, I believed that making a difference in the world meant fighting. Rebelling. Being strict about what I could and could not do. Standing in the streets. Pushing against the system.

And I still believe in the importance of speaking up, taking action and creating change.

But through the last seven years of walking the path of healing, meeting myself and choosing another way, I have come to understand something else:

The world changes when I change.

And through meeting that fear, I changed.

I became the turning point that led me home.

I began learning about the body, trauma, the nervous system and a holistic approach to healing. I became a yoga teacher, and eventually moved deeper into sexuality, intimacy and relationships, somatic therapy, energy work, and therapeutic approaches such as IFS and parts work.

I started to understand that there is a whole world inside of us — a world that is longing to be felt, expressed and given space.

And I started recognizing that longing in others as well.

Because we are more than the grind, the hustle, the performance and the running that seems to drive so many of us today.

The way I talk to myself, the way I think, the way I treat and meet myself — and therefore also others — is how I can contribute to a better world.

the soft revolution is the revolution of our time

So the inner work becomes the activism.

The embodied devotion to truth, rooted in love, becomes the political speech.

We are all here to do different things to make this world a better place.

I know you are too, since you’ve found your way here.

But I believe it starts with inner safety.

Knowing what peace feels like in your body.

Trusting yourself and your experience.

And being willing to believe in yourself, especially when it feels like no one else gets it.

Because it is deeply profound to meet a human who has stopped running from themselves.

The ripples of their presence in the world go far beyond what we could ever force our way to.

So this is what I mean when I say:

The Soft Revolution is the revolution of our time.

And it start with you taking it home.

I am here to help dismantle the capitalist, misogynist, patriarchal system from the inside out. Years of suppression and fear.

This is what I am here to share, and my why for doing all of this.
